[Team at ExeCalibre] Exe-Calibre AGM 2nd June

Hi everyone,
our Exe-calibre club AGM will be held on:           Tuesday 2nd June
            8.15pm
in the club classroom (at top of the stairs)

The training session will finish early to allow time to get off water & prepare for the meeting.

Please try to attend to raise your awareness of club matters & give your voice & vote to the future of your club. Get more involved by considering volunteering for one of the club roles below.

All committee & officer roles will be open for re-election. The club needs volunteers to keep it running. There is support for anyone considering this; we work as a team!

Executive Committee Roles:
 Chair
 Secretary
 Treasurer
 Membership Representative
 Head coach
 EWSA Representative (Exeter Water          Sports Association)

Officer Roles:
 EWSA Representative 2
 Membership & Recruitment
 Facilities
 Member’s Representative / Welfare
 Health & Safety
